Project Cycle Management is a method employed by NGO’s, agencies, and public institutions to carry out and manage their projects and programmes. Skills in Project Cycle Management will help employees’ complete projects on time, on budget and on target. This training will equip participants with enhanced designing and management tools to tailor projects more adequately to meet needs of the beneficiaries.This comprehensive 5-day PCM course provides training on all phases of the project cycle: Needs assessment, designing and planning a project, monitoring the implementation of the project, and preparing an evaluation
